Follicle Scan #1

Today was my first follicle scan (ultrasound). I’m on day 8, and he measured 5 @ 8mm on the left and 5 @ 8mm on the right. He said there were smaller ones he didn’t measure.
My first ultrasound last time was 3 days later (day 11) but I had 12 at that time, so I’m feeling a little nervous about only having 10 this time. Last time, I went from 12 at my first ultrasound to 9 retrieved, to 5 mature, to 3 embryos and no pregnancy. I’m scared that having less right now means worse things down the road, but Dr. Branigan assured me that it’s too soon to tell.
My next ultrasound is Monday (day 11) and I just hope it looks more promising…
