… and two perfect heartbeats. I wish I had the energy to write something witty or fun, but the truth is, I’m sick and I need a nap. So without any fanfare, here they are, growing like wildfire and cute as can be!
They are both measuring the same size and both had great heartbeats. We don’t have another appointment until May 24th (almost 10 weeks) so this picture will have to hold us over until then. I’m so glad to see them both doing great… looks like they’re in it for the long haul and I couldn’t be happier. :)

OMG I’m so happy for you I could cry!! Congratulations! You’ll feel better soon. And a year from now you won’t even remember how sick you are now. :)
I’m so happy for you Sommer!!! My the only thing different that my doc does with twin pregnancies than she does with singletons is she sends them to a perinatologist every 6 weeks or so for an u/s. Otherwise it’s all the same. Hope that helps.

Sommer, I know you are feeling so sick but you really must be floating on a cloud. I just can’t get over the hell you’ve been through to get to this point and look at what you are being blessed with. :)

I have been lurking your site since the begining. Congrats to you and your family! Hang in there, it is hard not to worry about the whole vanishing twin thing, (I had that with my second pregnancy) If you see 2 h/b at your next u/s you are most likely in the clear! My dr said that if they are both on target around 10 or 11 wks they most likely are keepers!!
