Congratulations on the twins....I am so excited for you! I am sorry that you are so sick...I had it very bad with both of my pregnancies and it just plain stinks! I used to feel so guilty because I tried for 4 years to get pregnant with my daughter and then when I did and had the horrible sickness...there were days when I didn't think I could bear it any more. I just want you to know that it's okay to hate being sick....you prayed for babies, not being so sick you can't eat anything! I don't know if it will help you...but the only thing that helped me(and I tried it ALL!) was what my midwife told me when I was pregnant with my second child. She told me to take a unisom sleeping tablet and 50 or 75 mg of vitamin b-6 right before bed every night. It worked really well on me and even though I was still occassionally nausous..I didn't vomit all the time and actually stated to gain weight. I would definetly check with your doctor before taking this combo just to double check the saftey and the dosages...but I took it until I was about 20 weeks and my son is a happy two year old with no health concerns.
