My problem was when I got hungry suddenly, without warning, and couldn't grab anything fast enough, I would get nauseaus and get sick. With the Altoid Sours, I could toss one in my mouth, and roll it around on my tongue kind of forcefully, and it would stop the nausea. I don't know if they are available where you are, but for just over $1, it's worth a try! Congratulations on the babies, BTW! So if I'd been offered Phenegran at the time, I'd have taken it.(I've taken it before for stomach bug illness') Either way hope you're feeling better soon. By that picture I'd never guess that you feel so crummy. I've got a very good feeling about these babies of yours, and I agree that they are in for the long haul. :) Have you tried the Seabands? I used them when I was pregnant with Thomas. They didn't make me feel great, but I noticed some positive difference. I also took a half tablet of Unisom every night before bed, and every morning when I got up. Benadryl is also very helpful, but made me more sleepy than the Unisom. Oh, I hope you feel better soon.
