Nursery Progress

October17

I had ordered some letters for above the cribs in the nursery, and they arrived today. They are hand-painted from Kids Room Creations and I couldn’t be happier with them! I sent her a sample of the fabric and the colors and she made them to match the bedding. I haven’t hung them up yet, and will post a picture when we do, but look how great they are (they are 5″ x 7″ each):

Here’s the fabric for the bedding, you can see how she used the stars from the bedding on the letters:

    Hey Sommer,

I’ve been following your blog, fellow member of Ovusoft. I just had to comment today when I saw the fabric you are using for the boys’ nursery. I bought the EXACT same fabric for my baby boy’s nursery! I and made curtains and a bedskirt, using the sheer star material backed with a white fabric. Isn’t that funny. It looks so adorable in my nursery so I’m sure your nursery will look fabulous too. :)

LOVE the fabric! And those letters are just beautiful…

On another note, I laughed when I saw the name of this post. (You probably overlooked the typo.) My girls call breasts “nursies” so that’s immediately what I envisioned… ROFL
