Two thoughts:
1. The prolonged nursing helps them feel better because the extended sucking helps keep the reflux from happening. It also gets more hind milk, which helps with the reflux. I know it's a pain in the butt, but do it when you have the time- win-win situation!

2. Does your bouncy seat have an automatic bounce option? My son was addicted to his bouncy, but it had a battery and bounced by itself- no mommy foot required. May be worth a purchase...

All the kids are just blossoming! You have a beautiful family.

Love that pic of Calista! She is getting so big!

The boys are adorable as usual, but I can't hear them! Ha! I hope the reflux/alignment issues clear soon so you can just enjoy being a mom again.

Good luck with going back to work. I completely understand the resentment thing. A mother's work is never, ever done...

I heard you were having some trouble and were thinking about soy being a problem too. When we had the dairy sensitivity issue, I was told right off the bat by my LLL leader that babies with one sensitivity often had the other as well - so I completely cut out both. I got rather used to rice milk. ;) Good luck with it!

Hi, i just wanted to say hello and CONGRATULATIONS on your beautiful children! My partner and i are trying to raise money for IVF after a 3 year struggle with infertility (we got hit twice with TWO inferts in the same household--what are the chances?), and after reading "your story" i was hoping you might share some of your fundraising knowledge with us.
Any info or suggestions you could provide us would be so appreciated!
