We sold our air conditioner tonight. $175 added to the fund.
Tomorrow, we’ve got someone looking at our car and he seems pretty interested. Kind of scary to be selling our car. Since we have a loan on the car, the profit will only be about $500, but it will also rid us of a monthly car payment. We will be getting a replacement car, but one with a lesser monthly payment so that we can save more money.
As for counting our funds, I am going to go with actual funds to date, vs. projected. Amazon, Google and the other affiliates don’t pay until a certain day of the month or until you’ve made a certain amount of money. So, instead of counting those on the day they are credited to me, I am just going to count them when I get the actual check.
